Transform has picked up a prestigious MCA Award for its work with Argos.
The agency triumphed in the Customer Engagement category, and collected the award at a black tie ceremony held in London last night.
Transform has held a long-term relationship with Argos, and were recognised by the MCA for working with the retailer on its successful business development and innovation initiatives.
These successes include the acceleration of Argos’ mobile and TV projects, which have both significantly exceeded expectations. Mobile now accounts for 4% of Argos’ total company sales, while Argos TV has expanded onto the Freesat system and has featured more than 2500 products across 600 live shows.
Now in its 15th year, the MCA Awards provide the benchmark for quality within the consulting industry. They are assessed by an independent judging panel, ensuring that only the best examples of clients and consultants working together are rewarded.
