Jonathan Peachey, Group Chief Operating Officer

Jonathan Peachey became Engine's newly appointed Group Chief Operating Officer in June 2011.

Prior to joining Engine in 2007, Jonathan alongside Neil Morris founded Digital Public, a leading digital strategy consultancy for public sector clients. It was responsible for significant innovation in the delivery of health, education and social care services. Peachey then led the Engine acquisition of a second strategy consultancy, CVL, and its merger with Digital Public to form Transform, of which he remains Chairman.

Before forming Digital Public, Peachey worked in a variety of roles for Virgin Media including establishing and running an award-winning interactive TV agency and developing the business that is now the UK's leading supplier of electronic TV guide data for set top boxes. He started his career in the electronics industry and management consultancy.

David Liu: Chairman, Engine Asia

David is one of Asias leading marketing and advertising experts. He has over 25 years' experience across the marketing, advertising and media sectors, both in-house and in-agency. He has previously worked with McCann Erickson, Bozell and Saatchi & Saatchi. David was also one of the founders and Chief Executive of Aegis Media Group in Asia Pacific.

David Liu is currently a Non Executive Vice Chairman of QJY Media Group, a Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed company, and a Director of CBSO China.

John Bernbach, Chief Operating Officer, Engine USA

John Bernbach was Co-founder, President and COO of NTM Inc. (Not Traditional Media), a marketing and media advisory firm created in 2003 to work with clients and media companies to develop strategies integrating non-traditional marketing solutions and new media models. Prior to that, John Bernbach was Chairman and CEO of The Bernbach Group, an executive management consulting business, advising clients such as the Seagram Spirits & Wine Group, Universal Studios, General Cigar and The Blackstone Group/Savoy Group of Hotels.

Throughout his career, he helped to develop marketing campaigns and branding strategies for clients such as Volkswagen and Audi, Universal Studios, Anheuser-Busch, Avis, IBM, Michelin, Porsche, Seiko watches, Chivas Regal Scotch, Martell Cognac and Mumm Champagne.

Twenty-seven of his thirty-three years in the advertising business were spent at Doyle Dane Bernbach, whilst the last eight as President/COO of DDB Needham Worldwide. In 1986, he was responsible for leading Doyle Dane Bernbach into a merger with Needham Harper Worldwide and BBDO and helping to create the Omnicom Group and served on the board as one of Omnicom's five founding directors.
