- 1 We've broad experience and have worked with a diverse range of brands, big and small, across a variety of sectors; from high street retailers to car manufacturers, from pet food manufacturers to investment bankers.

- 2 We believe social media should be fully integrated into an organisation, it's far too important to be purely a marketing channel. It's most effective when considered as an integral part of a brand's Customer Services and product development as well as CRM, PR and advertising.

- 3 We create strategies that deliver against business objectives, not social media objectives. What's the point of having five hundred thousand fans on Facebook if they don't buy anything?

- 4 We'll often say no. Rather than jumping head first into building a Facebook page or iPhone app we spend time evaluating whether or not communities will find it relevant or interesting.

- 5 Jam consists of 25 social media experts with backgrounds in PR, customer service, media, Search Engine Optimisation, design, web development and a bunch of digital natives who have grown up online. It's this mash-up of skill sets that helps us create great work.
