- 2 We Think Digital. Digital is in our DNA. We don’t think in silos, but use the channels that will communicate most effectively with different groups of people. Whether it’s a TV channel for teachers, or an online service for Dads, we can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public services.
- 3 We’re transforming information services for parents. Commissioned by the DCSF to improve parent support and information services, we launched the Parent Know How Programme. Under two years later the number of parents helped rose from 90,000 to over 400,000, with the cost of parental support reduced.
- 4 We helped prevent hundreds of unwanted Teenage Pregnancies. NHS Direct asked us to devise a discreet way to advise teenagers requiring emergency contraception. We designed a web–chat service providing worried teens with a safe space to communicate with health professionals.
- 5 We’re passionate about making a difference to society. We work with Third Sector Organisations to enhance what they do, and were recently asked by the Cabinet Office (with the RNIB and the Charities Aid Foundation) to launch a £1.8m grant programme improving access to volunteering for disabled people.
